These Terms of Service govern your use of the Party Buzzed website and your request for, booking of, or participation in Party Buzzed transportation services, tours, and scheduled events.
Bookings and Availability
All trips, tours, and special events are subject to availability. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. Reservations are not considered final until Party Buzzed confirms availability and any required deposit or payment terms are satisfied.
Advance Notice
Private rides, scheduled tours, and special events generally require advance notice. For many services, at least 24 hours notice is required. Party Buzzed may decline last-minute requests when availability, logistics, or safety considerations make service impractical.
Scheduled Events and Seat Requests
For small-group or preset events, including singles tours and special brewery or winery outings, customers are requesting seats on a specific scheduled event rather than designing a custom private itinerary. Submission of a request does not guarantee a seat until confirmed by Party Buzzed.
Deposits, Payments, and Pricing
Party Buzzed may require a deposit or full payment to confirm a reservation. Prices, promotions, and event details may change unless a reservation has already been confirmed. Any quoted pricing applies only to the specific trip or event discussed at that time.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing, trip type, reserved date, lost rebooking opportunity, and other circumstances. Refunds, if any, are handled at Party Buzzed’s discretion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. Excessive intoxication, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, harassment, destruction of property, smoking where prohibited, or any behavior that puts the driver, vehicle, or other passengers at risk may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Alcohol Policy
Only passengers 21 and older may consume alcohol where legally permitted. Valid identification may be required. Guests remain responsible for complying with all local laws, venue policies, and alcohol-related rules. Party Buzzed does not permit illegal underage drinking or unlawful conduct.
Vehicle Capacity and Seating
Party Buzzed sets capacity and event seat limits for safety, comfort, and operational reasons. Customers may not exceed stated limits. For some social events, Party Buzzed may intentionally cap attendance below vehicle capacity to maintain a more comfortable group experience.
Waivers and Group Responsibility
When required, all passengers must complete any waiver or release forms before boarding. The booking party may be responsible for helping distribute waiver information to the rest of the group. Failure to complete required documents may result in denied boarding or cancellation without refund.
Damage, Cleaning, and Missing Property
The booking party is responsible for damage to the vehicle, excessive mess, vomit cleanup, missing items, or other extraordinary cleaning or repair costs caused by the group. Additional charges may apply in such situations.
Schedules, Stops, and Route Changes
Routes, stops, pickup timing, destinations, and event plans may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, venue policies, safety concerns, or operational needs. Party Buzzed reserves the right to make reasonable changes when necessary.
Third-Party Venues and Experiences
Party Buzzed provides transportation services only. We are not responsible for the service quality, hours, policies, pricing, closures, reservations, or conduct of third-party wineries, breweries, restaurants, bars, attractions, or event venues.
Lost Items
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Party Buzzed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left on the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to help return found property when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Party Buzzed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website, booking requests, third-party venue experiences, lost items, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Party Buzzed website, submit false information, interfere with site functionality, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may modify website content, event details, pages, or offerings at any time without notice.
Changes to These Terms
Party Buzzed may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
