Party Buzzed Liability Waiver & Media Release!

Read This Before You Board the Buzz!

By booking a ride with Party Buzzed or stepping foot on our party bus, you agree to the terms below. It's not boring legalese (okay, a little), but it's here to keep everyone safe and the party drama-free.

You acknowledge and agree that riding on the Party Buzzed bus involves certain risks, including (but not limited to):

• Sudden dancing
• Extreme fun
• Bumps in the road
• Loud music
• Party fouls (spilled drinks, flying snacks, etc.)
• Ill-advised acrobatics on the stripper pole (more on that below)

By hopping aboard, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your ride. You agree that Party Buzzed, its owners, drivers, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after your ride.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Slips, trips, or falls
• Over-celebration
• Any damage to your personal property
• Anything that happens outside the bus (before or after your ride)
• And yes — if you decide to attempt dangerous tricks on the stripper pole, that’s 100% on you. We love a good spin, but please party responsibly.

If you act recklessly or violate the rules (like underage drinking, unsafe behavior, or aggressive pole gymnastics), we reserve the right to end your ride early without a refund.

While you’re living your best life, we might take photos and videos for our social media, website, or marketing. By boarding the bus, you grant us permission to use any images, video, or recordings of you—no payment needed, just great memories and possible TikTok stardom.

Don’t want to be featured? Just let us know—we respect that.

• You’re at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent).
• You won’t hold Party Buzzed or its team liable for injuries, losses, or damages.
• You accept the risks, especially if you dance like it’s your last night on Earth.
• You’re cool with us using media from your ride for marketing.
• You’ll party responsibly and not turn the pole into a Cirque du Soleil audition.

By booking or boarding, you agree to all of the above. If you don’t agree, we totally understand—but the party may not be for you.
